Download , print and submit a petition to become a freemason.

There are 2 parts to the petition file, a front and back. When you have downloaded them, double click on the file and it will self extract to a directory on your hard drive called "lodge_petition". Make sure your printer supports 8.5" x 14" paper, you will need 1 piece of paper and print on both side's. 

You will also need adobe acrobat reader to view and print them. Download acrobat reader here.
